Mikael Lustig, Georgios Samaras and Emilio Izaguirre have all recovered from injury and return for Celtic.
Victor Wanyama is suspended while skipper Scott Brown (abductor), James Forrest (back), and Adam Matthews (hamstring) remain on the sidelines.
Aberdeen have an unchanged squad and are still without longer-term casualties Isaac Osbourne, Andrew Considine and Chris Clark.
The latter two are out for the season and Osbourne has a hamstring problem.
Celtic manager Neil Lennon: "I have prioritised other games in the last two league games.
"Against Motherwell I had my eye on the St Mirren (Scottish Cup) quarter-final which I thought was a huge game for us in the context of the season.
"Obviously the Ross County game was a few days after the last-16 game in Turin.
"What you will see this weekend is a fresh Celtic team ready to go for the title."
Aberdeen manager Craig Brown: "You need to defend well at Celtic Park and the evidence of the season is that we have defended well, particularly well.
"What we haven't done, everyone knows, is at the other end.
"So we take that good defensive record to Celtic Park, we take the enthusiasm and determination to try to finish in the top echelon of the league and I think you'll see a good performance."
