HIBS goalkeeper Adam Bogdan has lifted the lid on his X-rated introduction to Neil Lennon.

Bogdan was at Bolton when the fiery coach arrived in October 2014.

Lennon - now in charge of Celtic - called a players’ meeting but told any injured stars not to attend and instead focus on their recoveries.

Bogdan didn’t get that message and turned up to the briefing despite the fact he was suffering from a broken finger.

The Hungarian said: “The first time I met him was when he called a meeting and we were told everyone had to be there except the injured boys.

“He says, ‘Adam, you’re injured, right?’ and I said ‘yes, with my finger’.

"He just went, ‘Okay, f*** off!’”

DURING a playing career that spanned three decades, Damien Duff captained his country, won two English Premier League titles and played in two European finals. GAVIN STRACHAN has agreed to join Celtic — and will replace Damien Duff as first-team coach
Strachan, son of ex-Hoops boss Gordon was Peterborough’s No 2, but compensation has been thrashed out. Posh director of football Barry Fry said: “I have agreed a deal with Celtic’s lawyer and Gavin Strachan has also agreed a deal with the club. We don’t want to lose him, but we cannot stand in the way of such a big job. The deal should be completed on Monday.”
Strachan, 41, is a long-term ally of Posh boss Darren Ferguson and was under contract at the club until 2022. But an emotional move to Celts, where dad Gordon won three titles in four years, was too good to turn down. Strachan held positive talks with Hoops boss Neil Lennon, who he knows from the past. He also has a strong relationship with Celtic No 2 John Kennedy, having gone through their coaching badges together. Strachan will work closely with Kennedy on a daily basis and that partnership is crucial.
